Day 1 Advocare Herbal Cleanse

Round 3 of the 10 day cleanse starts today! I’ve been cleansing every 90 days with the Advocare 10 Day Herbal Cleanse and feel great.  To read more about the cleanse you may visit my post from the first day of the cleanse we did 90 days ago HERE! (excellent short clip from NBC news) The last cleanse we did as part of the full 24 Day AdvoCare Group Challenge Each cleanse I keep enjoying more and more and they become easier and easier.  If this is your first cleanse perhaps plan your meals the night before or if you’re really ambitious plan them out for the week!  While it is common to lose weight while on the cleanse, I am doing it for overall health and wellness.  Those who do the cleanse as part of the 24 day Challenge find that it does indeed jumpstart weight loss.   Cleanse benefits may be found here.

I will be using the above Cleanse products:  Advocare 10 Day Herbal Cleanse, OmegaPlex, and Spark PLUS adding on catalyst

Day 1



morning: 15 min speed walk/slow run walk to gym

45 min TRX pilates and 20 min precor

15 min speed walk/slow run home

evening: 90 minutes power yoga followed by teach 1 hour teach vinyasa yoga


morning: cleanse fiber drink, orange spark, 3 catalyst

fresh kale, beet, apple juice 4 oz, with 2 omegaplex

lunch: Coconut Almond Joy-ful Smoothie  275 cal version RECIPE HERE

afternoon: large red pepper with 1 TBSP nutritional yeast (mmm, try it!  It’s like cheesy red pepper!)

post power yoga: apple

dinner: salad with 4 oz tuna, 1/4 cup quinoa, and tomato with 1 TBSP basil olive oil, balsamic and 1 TBSP nutritional yeast

snack: natural popcorn sprinkled with 1 TBSP nutritional yeast (slight obsession lately)
